In this film, a mail-order bride in the form of an ace lady reporter from the big city goes and marries a fellow with a big ranch who immediately is murdered so the bad guy goes after her so he can get the oil hidden under the ranch she just inherited while Roy who is accused of the murder tries to clear himself and rescue the girl while singing several songs. How's that for a story.
